We have a minimum charge to work on all Saniflo
& Turboflush Macerator units.
This is because we have to clean out the unit before we can work on it, let
it thoroughly dry out, dismantle it, diagnose the problem and test it, this
takes a considerable amount of time.
"please Note" Before you send a Saniflo contact
us first to determine whether it is economical to repair, otherwise you will
not be entitled to a refund if we cannot repair the unit after dismantling it!
We accept all major debit and credit cards via our website, including PayPal
& Google Checkout.
Our price per unit includes
cleaning, de-scaling, dismantling, diagnosis, repairing testing and sending
the unit back to you economy delivery.
(Please note on Sanichasse & Sanicompact do not send the toilet
pan just send the pump unit)

Please leave a note inside the unit with,
1, Telephone number, email address, home address.
2, Please leave a note inside the packaging stating the problem/symptoms or
just needs cleaning.
This will enable us to speed up your repairs.
Before any parts are fitted we will call or email you for authorisation, you
will then be sent an online invoice for parts. When payment is received your
Saniflo will be fixed immediately then sent back to you, it's as easy as that.
Our price does not include,
Parts or extra delivery costs to remote areas, this will be
charged extra at cost.
