Doctor Saniflo is a sister company of City Handyman Limited. We run a
property maintenance company in London and the surrounding counties and we
pride ourselves on high quality workmanship, punctuality and fair pricing.
City Handyman was set up in November 2003 and has gone from strength to
strength. Our company name reflects the type of work that we do and is a
great service to use. Our customers like our handyman service because if
they need a leaky tap fixed, a light bulb changed, or a notice board put up,
they know it not going to cost the earth as they can pay for just one hours
labour.
Doctor Saniflo was setup to reduce the number of Saniflo units being thrown
away as we are an environmentally conscious company. We were finding that
most plumbers (not ourselves) when being hired to fix a Saniflo Macerator
hey would simply say it is broken or the motor is gone to the customer and
you need a new one when really all it would need was a new part to get it
going again.
Due to the unpleasant nature inside the unit they did not want to get
involved in repairing the unit, the plumber would then charge for a new unit
plus his labour time then off he went, the customer would have the outlay of
a new Saniflo and have a spare unit which could have been fixed quite
easily.
